Objective: The objective of the sub division is to develop a select number of lifestyle lots that encapsulate the natural beauty of the area.

Within the development approximately 4.75 ha have been set aside for native bush regeneration. A number of native bush covenants exist or are proposed on selected lots. Some 12,000 plants have been planted in the 2006 growing season.
